Agile Ticketing Solutions App
When I got to Agile Ticketing Solutions(ATS) 8 months ago. One of the top asks in my first UX audits was “We need a better mobile experience.” While ATS had a ticketing scanning app, the UI was primitive and the capabilities were extremely limited.
We needed an upgrade. The developers and myself partnered with an offshore developing team to create the new and improved ATS app. This app is a walking box office: you can buy and scan tickets, look up a customers and view scanning history. I was responsible for designing the UI for this project. I hope you like it!
